This appears to be the last video of Whitney Houston. She died less than 48 hours later at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Tonight I thought of another great singer we lost too soon, my friend Phoebe Snow. About ten years ago I was at dinner with Phoebe and Cissy Houston, Whitney’s mom. Whitney and husband Bobby Brown joined us at the end of our meal. There was no superstar behavior. It was about a daughter and mother having dinner with friends. I saw a totally different, loving side of Whitney. She and Phoebe were performing at a benefit the next night. By the way, we were having dinner just a few floors below where she passed away today…at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Too soon.

You pray you can teach your child what this young man has not only learned but gives others. What a blessing
